OFFICIAL CALENDAR
All the information can be found in the Official Orthodox Christian Calendar provided by the Romanian Orthodox Church (BOR).
EASY TO UNDERSTAND
The major holidays (imperial feasts, celebrations of the Virgin Mary and important saints) are marked with a red cross surrounded by a circle or parentheses to highlight the importance of the service.
The celebrations of saints with vigils and polyeleos are marked either with a red cross or with a black cross with a single parenthesis.
Celebrations of saints without vigils are indicated in the calendar with a simple cross.
The lesser-known saints' celebrations are divided into two categories: with or without a Great Doxology at Matins - they are marked in the calendar with a black cross.
FASTS AND EXEMPTIONS
We have devoted special attention to fasting periods. Fasting is the means by which the Holy Church disciplines the lives of its faithful. On days with fasting exemptions, a graphic symbol accompanied by the message "Exemption for fish," "Exemption for cheese, milk, and eggs," or "Exemption for oil and wine" will appear.
We look forward to your feedback.

How is the Calendar Ortodox different from the Gregorian calendar?
